We have several families for whom we translate report cards. Today, we manually translate them, and upload to files and forms. We'd prefer to have them exist in Progress>Report Cards. Either: let us upload the translated report cards to that section. Or: when entering a comment, add a button for "Add translation", that opens up a second comment editor, so we can upload both at the same time.
