The gradebook does not seem to follow the same name format as the rest of the system, and it would be nice to be able to adjust the name that appears in the gradebook the same way we can in other places.

Everywhere else (rosters, seating charts, attendance, etc.), we can set the students name to appear as

{ Preferred Name | First Name } {Last Name}

but in the gradebook, the First Name always appears, regardless of whether there is a preferred name.

As an example, if we have a student whose legal name is Alice but their preferred name is Bob, I'd like to be able to have them appear as Bob Smith in the gradebook, as they do in other places, not Alice (Bob) Smith
