When we take attendance, we can leave notes when a student is absent or tardy. However, we can't leave a note for "attended." I'd love to be able to leave notes because sometimes I have to mark a student as "attended," but they were giving blood for the blood drive or doing something school related. This would help me keep better records, particularly if a student needs more time for an in-class assignment. When I asked my school about it, they said that Blackbaud controls this ability.
