Community Groups Overhaul

So many areas to improve! First, change the whole group search area to use distinct URLs - including distinct URLs for each community category. Next, change the whole "Find More" section to SKY style. Finally, make Group Types buttons across the navigation bar, and make the group listing same style as "Resources".

    Forgot to add - add persistent filters for "Division" on every page type. And please don't add filters where you have to click on "Filters" just to have the filters appear below.
