Option to have Assignment Notifications selected by default
When a teacher adds or changes an assignment, I would like the Notification check box selected by default.
Or, I would at least like the option to have it selected by default.
It would be nice to be to be able to set it globally for all teachers and also allow individual granular access to teachers can decide for themselves whether they want it set by default. This way they can set it according to the way they work.

Related ideas
Agreed that it needs to be an "option". We definitely would not want notifications to go out for all assignments, but if a teacher could choose to turn the default on, or we could set them on after a certain time of day (like after 4 PM), that would be helpful.
