Offer admin access to testing environments

I would like a built in testing environment that our Platform managers and other appointed administrators would have access to for onCampus modules.

YES!! I spend so much time adding 'test' students, employees, courses, departments. Then, it messes with our numbers and our data. We need a separate test environment to work out all of the kinks instead of trying everything in the real world version.
