    So happy to report we recently updated the Gradebook to allow Teachers to switch their Gradebook set up from Year to Marking Period/Marking Period to Year even after they've added Assignments. 

    Thanks for the feedback! This solution also saves our team from having to do one off data fixes. Yay! :)

    Yes!  In our experience, teachers do not start with the grade book--they start with assignments; it feels unnatural (and can be difficult) to decide on the gradebook settings before entering assignments.
