Notification links should have a link to the course page

When a user gets a notification from an announcement or event from a course page, clicking the link takes the user to the announcement or news story on an isolated page. It would be MUCH better if it took the user to the course page, so they can see everything else as well.

    Students should also get a badge or other alert that there has been an announcement posted. Especially for younger grades that do not have access to email.
