Restore the larger user photo display on Contact Cards.

Since the rollout of the new UI, we've lost the ability to see larger versions of users' photos when selecting their Contact Cards in the Directory. Those larger photos were so useful for our faculty/staff, as well as parents, for putting faces with names.

    Student photos are also used in identifying test takers (ACT) where in the past there have been students using other people to take their test which have been identified with the student photos.  Smaller photos in WH makes it difficult to compare test taking photos with WH photos.

    We are working to address the alignment when you bulk upload photos so that heads are centered in the avatar (cropping from top and bottom of photo)

    Additionally, the little circles cut off the top of their heads in many photos.
