Currently, using the 'Form List' widget on a resource board lets you offer a signed in user the ability to fill out a Custom Form without having them encounter a Captcha. We would like to see their name in the 'Custom Forms Submissions' listing, instead of having the check the Notification History to tell which user submitted a form.
