Please allow for special characters in titles, author fields, custom fields, etc

Allow for extended language support in these fields so that proper spelling and display is consistent throughout the entire www and not only available in embed widgets or wysiwyg content areas. As an educational institution, we need to be consistent with our punctuation, grammar and language usage.

    https://blackbaudk12.ideas.aha.io/ideas/K12OB-I-2146 re: Hebrew characters. I'm sure many schools could benefit from extended language support, particularly private schools with more specialized programs and cultural requirements.
