Event Registration confirmation notification should provide an HTML format option

The confirmation notifications in Event Registration is currently formatted as text only, which does not allow users to format an HTML-based reply with hyperlinks, images, etc. as you might normally send in any modern email client. Replacing the text box with an HTML editor would resolve that.

    I also request for all system generated email notifications and confirmations to have HTML formating capabilities for better structure and organization and ease of legibility. Thx
