Emergency Contacts and Adding Students to a Class
1. Emergency Contacts
If students are linked in RELATIONSHIPS, their Emergency Contacts should be linked, too, so we don’t have to enter the same information for every family member individually.
Also, it would be very helpful if we could edit the information for each emergency contact. As it is now, I have to create another entry because I can’t edit for a changed phone number.
2. Adding Students to a Class
When adding students to a class, it would very helpful if we could add a number of students at a time. If there was a box we could check to enter or drop a group of students.
As it is now, we can either add the whole class or add students, one at a time. That is a real time drain to have to do each one individually.

Agreed with Daniel's note below; Blackbaud requires far too many steps for parents with multiple children to add/edit emergency contacts. There are very rarely situations where siblings have different emergency contacts, so we can manage those as needed but the majority of student siblings will SHARE emergency contacts.
1 is sorely needed. Parents have to submit emergency contact forms for each child right now. The less forms required, the better the parents experience and the less chasing we have to do. Please implement this!!!!!

#2 was implemented a long time ago. #1 is now being considered. I expect we will be able to share emergency contacts among siblings; the timeline for completing the work is the only unknown.
