We currently run summer school that goes until the end of July because of that we can not change to the next school year. We are unable to change our incoming students to enrolled in the current year. Because of this we are unable to allow the students to see their schedules online. We would like a way to be able to make are incoming students current students for the next school year while still in the current school year.
Yes - this would be helpful for our school, too. We have two points of admission - one for our early childhood center and then again for our prek-12 school. Students attending our early childhood center who apply for admission to the big school have to have two records - a candidate and a student. This work around is confusing for our parents and our data managers.
