Provincial Medical Information added to Medical School Form

In the recent release of onRecord there was a fantastic addition of fields for the Canadian and Provincial health care information. Unfortunately, these fields aren't available to add to the medical school form, so we have to use the US fields again. It would be great if these fields could be added to the school forms before they are sent out in August.

Related ideas
There need so to be options for Canadian and International School. More flexibility to address regional needs.
This is essential for Canadian schools.
