It would be very helpful for us to be able to set a "default" grade for the grade translation in a grade plan, so that teachers only need to change that grade for the handful of students who don't have the most common grade.  

For us, this would mean that we'd like to have the option to set "S" (satisfactory) as the default conduct grade so that teachers didn't have to choose it 60-80 times.  There might be other schools that also have a default/most common grade, particularly for conduct grades or pass/fail grades.
