Transcript Notes for individual students

I would like to be able to add transcript notes specific to one student directly to their transcript. This is helpful, especially when we are adding transfer student records that did not use the same grading system. Then we can add an explanation on that student's transcript. Right now the only way to do this by creating a word version of the transcript, but the note is only on that version and not any of the future versions of the student's transcript.

We need to add a "note section" to the transcript when we have students off campus for a term due to illness, ISPs, etc. Please bring it back!
We would use this to add grades to date of withdrawal to our transcripts. A notes section was available in EE for the purpose of being able to add information specific to a student, which was very helpful.
We could also use this to include important disciplinary information, such as suspensions and expulsions (although it would be helpful to choose certain consequences/infractions that would show up on the transcript automatically.
