It is important that we add a Notification when a parent edits (addition or removal) a student Medical Profile.  "Profile Changes" are visible for 7 days only.  If our "Nurse" is out of the school for a period of time, an update may get missed.  Medical information is important in it's sensitivity and timeliness.  A notification would allow certain people in the school to know immediately without logging in that information has changed.  As an add on to this idea - can we please add the functionality of pulling all "Medical Updates" for the last defined period (for example 30 days).
