Medical Form Allergy and Medication Locations Merged

I would like you to add more locations to the Medical School Forms so that instead of just "In Nurse's Office" or "On Person" they have more options. Right now this appears to be hard-coded into the Medical School Forms so I cannot add more of these locations myself.

I agree with Carrie. We have a few parents who want us to know a student receives a specific medication at home, but there is no way to designate that the medication is not on campus. Also, being a K-8 school, we don't allow students to have medications "on person." So, we would like to eliminate that choice, or be able to change the title of that selection.

Medical School Forms Medication Location Merged

I would like the ability to add or change the Medication location. I would like to have "At Home" and may want to remove "On Person" as our school doesn't allow Students to carry medications on them.
