Additional medical information and tasks needed

I would like the following added to the new Nurse's Office/Medical product: Add Both option for Medications - Nurse's office or On Person is currently available. Need option to designate both. Students with EPI pens are required to leave one at the office and one on their person in case of emergency. Verification button - in Student profile for Teachers that they can click on to verify they have reviewed important information for Students.

    We also need some added functionality when adding Physical information. In our state students are required to hand a proof of Physical Paper that we track. The have to have a physical every 2 years. It would be helpful to:

    1. Set a date field for when the physical was performed as well as for when it expires and have it pop up as a flag for parents a month ore two before expiration.
    2. Have a way to note if the physical has restrictions.
    3. Some physicals come through with restrictions.Have a spot to upload a pdf of the document
