Nurse should have a medical page for incoming students
The nurse should have a medical page for incoming students, just like current students. We need to put in their athletic clearances ASAP, before they are actually "students". I understand not being able to do this for candidates, but incoming students?

They have included the ability to add medical forms for incoming students, and they now have medical pages. However you can't run medical lists for incoming students, so it is still severely hampered usability.
we also collect permissions and data long before an incoming student becomes a student.
