Athletic Trainers, Athletic Directors, and coaches would be able to see who has suffered an injury during a practice, game, or in the offseason.  And any medical authorization notes that have come in for that student-athlete.  The portal could talk/link into the Nurse's portal for comprehensive information and medical coverage for all students (without seeing all of the private medical information the school nurse would put in on a daily basis.) 

There would also be a box to let everyone know if you sent an injury out either to a doctor, ER, etc.
