Show student name on Conduct Report even if there are no infractions Merged

If a student has no infractions, the student name will not show on the Conduct Report.  We need to send a conduct report even if there are no infractions.

    Same here. I pull this report to send to high schools for our 8th grade graduates, and there is NO name on it at all if no infractions, however it does state that there are no infractions. If pulling for one students, it should still show the name.

    Same! Schools need a report from us that shows no infractions.
