Create a notification to alert the approval team of a new Official Note

It would be extremely helpful to have our administration be notified when an official note is submitted for approval. Currently, they have to be alerted by a colleague to go check Blackbaud for a note that they need to approve.

    The school uses Official Notes for teachers to write progress reports for each student - for the MS and US divisions. This is a lot of notes that stream in over several weeks, all of which require review and approval by the monitoring teams before an email is sent to the parents. It would be super helpful if the monitoring teams were notified when a new note has been added by a teacher is awaiting review/approval.
