Import infractions, should the date of the infraction, and the date of the consequence in separate fields.

When importing infractions, the import infraction template has an occurred_on_date for the infraction. This field fills out the date the infraction occurred on, and the date the consequence will occur on as well. We would like a separate field for the date the consequence will occur, we don't always do same day punishments.
