We would like to be able to better format the emails that are sent to parents (e.x. - bold or underline the infraction type or some other text in the email, provide parents with a hyperlink to our Parent/Student Handbook section on discipline, include a mailto: link for an administrator, insert a table to properly lay out a list of items, etc). We also need the character threshold in the notification increased because that is too limiting many times as well.
