Allow for spacing in new report card formatting.

It is visually appealing to be able to provide spacing between sections on the report card.

In both the new Report Card Builder and the new Transcript Builder, a section is now available called Horizontal Space. This section allows you to set both a height and width for the blank section to be able to have granular control over a blank space on the report.

Also, adding margin control would be helpful. The small margins for narrative reports make the report very unappealing visually.

Can we also have comments attached to Course Title/Teacher heading so that if it needs to break across a page, it won't leave a Course title floating on the top page and the comments on the next page with no title.

The ability to define where page breaks occur would be greatly appreciated as well (such as having a course title come at the top of a page, rather than the bottom of the prior page with nothing else)

Tara, I did the same, but it would still be nice to have more granularity than just adding carriage returns into a blank text doc. I ran into a situation where one space was not enough and two was too much, so what I really need is to be able to have something in between.

Not sure if this will help you all or not, but I created a space buffer to our report cards by adding a section in between containing a text block with some 'space characters' in it.  That bumped the next section down and looks a lot better!

Also would like to have options for how comments appear (grouped together at the end or after each course).
