Change the wording when editing Comments from "Marked for deletion" to something that doesn't cause confusion.

When editing comments and attempting to save, the message appears that the Highlighted areas have been marked for deletion. If you are editing comments this message is very misleading.

    This was an issue caused by an update to the error message. It was resolved in the 1/23/19 release.

    I know this issue was marked as "resolved" but it is October, 2019 and we are seeing it yet again.

    When editing grades by class or by student, the confusing message "The highlighted grades have been marked for deletion" continues to display.
