We want to use the conduct piece very badly, but the one problem we have run into is the email notifications.  We need these to go do specific school level conduct managers, not everyone set up as conduct manager.  That way divisions are not getting tons of emails on a different division. Plus we have grade chair individuals that need to get email notification as well. but if we choose email advisor that goes to EVERY advisor group the kid is in....and we have a few of those that are not grade chair related.....being able to customize the email option for faculty is a biggie that would be great and we would use this for whole school.
