New Report Card Builder - Course Section Column Headings need not repeat top of every page

When creating a report card in the new builder and including comments below courses - the marking column headers repeat at the top of every page even when the first entity on the page is a comment. Support said this feature is functioning as intended. It is confusing and detracts from the flow of the report card.

    At our school, our reports are very thorough and each student has many comments per course including a course description. So sometimes we have 3 pages for one report. Having just the heading repeat that does not display the actually teacher name or course title is very confusing and makes our reports look like there is an error when there is not. Not sure why you can't just have headings repeat on each page.
