contain a text input box within the same window underneath the dropdown selections with spell check enabled

When editing grade reports, you first select from a grade drop down list. Then when you try to enter a comment, Blackbaud opens a new window on top of the previous window. This new window cannot be moved, and you cannot switch to the previous window without saving and closing (or canceling) the comment window. This means that you are not able to look back at what you selected for each item in the dropdown lists while you are typing the comment. The workaround is to type the comment instead in a Word doc. I think the optimal solution would be for Blackbaud to contain a text input box within the same window underneath the dropdown selections, and this text input box would have spell check enabled. That way, you would be able to see everything on one screen, without shuffling between two applications.
