We have three school divisions. All our 8th grade students who are in the middle school must take Algebra I and receive high school credit. They also have the option of taking Spanish I for the credit too.

When we use a transcript made by the new transcript builder these courses will not show up for these students when they are in high school as they do on transcripts built by the old builder. This is causing us to do double work to put our own grades in as transfer credit.

My idea is that the new transcript builder be modified to include grades for defined grade levels--in our case, 8-12--rather than a school division.
