Allow the option to include multiple school levels on the new transcript builder
Some of our students have attended our school since 1st grade and we like to print one transcript for them. With the new builder, we are only able to include one school level, meaning students will need three different transcripts.
Please move this up the chain as soon as you can, this has become a critical issue for us. The thought of having to make ourselves a "transfer school" just to be able get those 8th grade credit courses to show up on their upper school transcript does not make sense.
We offer 3 courses in 8th grade for high school credit. We must be able to easily show high school credit earned in 8th grade. Currently, the new transcript builder will show course titles but not the credit earned.
We are experiencing the same issue. The old transcript builder has limitations that are resolved in the new transcript builder. Customer service tells us to use the new transcript builder but we cannot do that until Blackbaud allows us to add multiple school levels. This needs to be addressed ASAP.
We often need to pull up 8th grade courses on the US transcript for college applications. For example a student may take Spanish I or Geometry in 8th grade and the college needs to see that on transcript. You are able to do this in EE and the old transcript builder.
This is an option in the old transcript builder - where you can select multiple grade levels - so we don't understand why it was removed and now has to be requested as an idea for the new transcript builder. If other schools don't like to see multiple transcripts per student, they can have the option of creating one for each division, but schools that use 1 transcript for Grade 1 - 8 are now unable to use the new transcript builder.
We very much need this as well, for all the reasons mentioned. Please implement this ASAP.
Please do this! We really need it! We want to be able to print/provide a 1st-8th transcript. That would be three school levels at our school.
