In 18-19 & 19-20 our Lower School assessment style report cards in the NEW REPORT CARD BUILDER were different from each other and from those we are using now in 20-21.
But when, anyone with grading management roles, pulls up a student in Academic> People finder, they see all of the past report cards in the Current year. This is very confusing to those just run report cards occasionally when needed and do not actually work with building the grading areas and report cards.
So for example: If I pull up a 4th grade student and you are on the 2020-21 School year drop down in the progress area. All of the following report card options show:
The first 3 report cards are from 2nd and 3rd grade respectively. The only report card that is correct is LS 4th Grade 20-21.
It seems there should be a way to make a report card inactive if you are not longer using it for the current year or future years, but still have the report card display on in the year that it was used, for grading staff, parents, students.
Allow for only current report card to show for current year (remove previous years).
