We switched from trimesters to semesters this year and have newly formatted report cards but are stuck looking at last year's cards on the student record (which we are including the year it was created in the title to keep them separated) and now there are too many report cards to view for grading managers.  To inactivate them will remove them from the year they should show not just the previous/following years.
