Administartive staff needs to be able to record private comments relating to attendance. For example if we notice that a student cuts a class we would make a comment 1st offence, 2nd offence, etc. There may be a private reason that the student is absent for. We need to be able to record into an additional field "private comments" OR have the original comments field able to be suppressed.
