At my school, we'd like to restrict parents from viewing the comments field. Our teachers enter comments like "No communication from parents" or "I think they're out of town," and we want the attendance manager to see that but NOT the parents.
This enhancement would also be useful in allowing attendance managers/teachers to comment on an attendance item (late arrival, early departure, etc.) for reporting purposes but not publishing to parents/students.
To completely explain this request, we really want to know if there is there a way to limit teachers from seeing the comments column when taking attendance that an Attendance Manager has already put in. We've had some teachers accidentally project the comments for students while taking attendance.
