Track medical screenings
The nurse will need to be able to view a student's screening requirements to make sure all the appropriate screenings have taken place.
The nurse will need to be able to edit the screenings for a student so that they can keep track of what has been completed versus what hasn't been. (It is expected that any follow-ups that need to happen because of the screenings will be tracked in the notes/history area of the student.)

It would be nice to have these screenings filterable in the medical worklists for followup for re-screening on things such as hearing tests.

I realize an example would be helpful. Every two years students have to provide us with a signed physical form from their doctor's office. Those trickle in over the year and if they are not current a student can't participate in athletics. We would like to be able to put a date of physical and expiration period (ie 1 year, 2yrs etc.) We would like to be able to report back on who is coming due and send messages as well as let parents see those dates through the parent portal.
