Increase the character limit for assessment skills

Assessment skills currently have a hard-coded character limit. We would like an extension of this limit, or a way to enter longer descriptions/skill names to display.

    It seems that longer description names are now available in the UI, but the Data Import option for assessment skills is still limited to 255 characters.


    Please raise the character limit for Data Import for assessment skills beyond 255.
