When we batch-print report cards, we only want to print the report cards which contain recorded grades. We are only releasing mid-term progress reports for certain students, and other students will not have grades recorded in the mid-term grade plans. When we print report cards through onRecord > Performance > Grading > Generate Report Cards, report cards are printed for all students in a grade, regardless of whether that student actually has mid-term grades recorded. We then have to sort through the PDF and remove the unnecessary report cards, which is time-consuming.
