Hybrid Report Card - ability to control the Group sort order

The default sort order for groups on a Hybrid Report Card is the following:

1. Academic Groups
2. Advisory Groups
3. Activity Groups
4. Athletic Groups
5. Dorm Groups

    This has been implemented with our new report card builder that was made available to all onRecord sites in the July release.

    The sort order we are seeing is this:

    Dorms

    Athletics

    Academics

    Activities

    Advisory

    This is actually not correct, and is a long standing bug, so we would appreciate having it fixed, or better yet, the long promised overhaul of report cards...
