We leverage school forms for field trips and it would be great to be able to have the forms be available at a certain time versus having to go in and manually update the dates. We also want to make sure that families are not getting their "Send when activated" reminders at midnight which doesn't look very professional.

I agree! We would like for some School Forms to go LIVE after an assembly, so a specific time field would be highly beneficial. This functionality lives in other products on the platform.

Date and time for report cards already exists - this should be possible for form and group publishing.
