student (or parent) is alerted in some way when they hit certain grade thresholds (a zero on an assignment, an F on a quiz, an overall score below a C, etc.)? Right now, teachers have to send an email to the parents & advisors anytime a student hits one of these thresholds, and it takes up a LOT of time. Ideally, students and parents would already be monitoring their grades, but this sort of alert system could prevent a lot of misunderstandings and save everyone a lot of time.
