Similar to https://blackbaudk12.ideas.aha.io/ideas/K12OR-I-2155, please allow for grade average calculations to both include and exclude entire departments rather than limiting it to only excluding and only individual courses.

It makes it very difficult to keep up when we want to calculate a GPA for core classes, because every time an elective is added we need to remember to go into the calculation and exclude that course. If the calculation would allow for excluding courses by department, adding an elective to that department would not make a difference to the calculation.
