Need configurable time limit for when attendance can be initially entered

We would like to have a time limit in the system for when faculty must enter attendance (e.g. within 24 hours of the start of class). We have other reporting processes that rely on accurate attendance. If a faculty member doesn't record attendance until a week later, we have no way to know that those updates happened.

    The setting you have referenced only limits the amount of time after a class starts during which faculty can edit attendance that has been entered. The setting DOES NOT restrict when a faculty member can initially enter attendance. I have tested this. Hence the reason for my request.

    The setting does exactly what is says: "Allow teachers to edit attendance entries ______ hours after class begins." Blackbaud does not restrict when the attendance is intially entered.

    Please update this request as this functionality most certainly does not exist.
