Report card access settings must affect Grade averages as well

At this moment you can hide the grades from parents and students if you go to Edit report card access but this access will not affect the GPA. This is not supposed to happen because if they should not have access to the grades they should not have access to he grade average either.

    This came up for us in previewing a report card set to publish the next day: I impersonated a student and noticed that if the quarterly average was added to the report card, it showed up to the student even though the regular grades did not since the report card was not yet published.

    The current functionality adds unnecessary additional work for us to add an average grade column at the last minute ON report card publish day and time so that it displays on time to students and parents and NOT before.

    Blackbaud, please configure the Report Card Access settings to hide calculated grade averages as well as the standard grades from a report card until the Access date and time have passed!
