Currently, Learning Profile attachments are only accessible to users with the Learning Profile Manager or Learning Profile Staff roles. According to your documentation, this is because Learning Profile documents often contain sensitive information, which necessitates strict access controls. However, this is counterproductive when the goal is to provide teachers with comprehensive information to support their students. This feature would be much more useful if Learning Profile Manager could specify whether or not each attachment could be shared to all teachers.
