From this new interface: Extracurricular/Activities/Requests and Schedules/Manage activity sections and then ellipsis next to an activity and choose Manage activity section.
The new interface only allows one to add an activity leader via name. The podium version allowed adding leaders based on their User ID among other fields. We need the ability to search on User ID to be reinstated. We have students with the same names and teachers with the same names and they can't be distinguished.
In addition, we use a Power Automate job to assign multiple leaders to our 125+ activities and now we have to manually remove any duplicates before processing the job.
