Enable Line Breaks in Report Card Builder Editor Without HTML

Please enhance the report card builder editor to support line breaks after comments when entering grades and comments—without requiring users to manually insert HTML.

While [Article 114984] explains how to create spacing using HTML tags (e.g., <span><br></span>), users should be able to add line spacing using standard line feeds (e.g., pressing Enter or Return) directly within the editor.

This functionality is especially important because different report card builders within the system render HTML inconsistently. For example, the older report card builder does not recognize <div> tags for spacing, while the newer version does. This discrepancy leads to inconsistent formatting across the system.

Allowing native line break input will simplify the user experience and ensure consistent output across all report card builder versions.
