If a user uses Google SSO but isn't logged into the correct google account when logging into Blacbaud, they get a generic message that the Blackbaud ID could not be found. You should either ALWAYS prompt to select the google account, so the user can see if the correct email is not currently logged in, or else the error message should be edited to include what steps to take next. Instead of just "Your Blackbaud ID email does not match a user in the system." maybe add something like "if you're using Google for login, be sure you are already logged into the correct google account before attempting to login" or something.
